This Premium Heavy Duty Dock Bumper Back Plate enables easier and quicker replacement of damaged bumpers or bolts that are fixed to the plate, rather than being directly fixed into concrete. This innovative design makes maintenance simpler and more efficient.

The back plate features 2 x M24 threaded holes designed to accept 450 mm rubber buffers, providing a reliable connection point for bumper installation. Additionally, the plate is equipped with 4 holes for securing it to the ramp, including 2 holes with an 18 mm diameter and 2 holes with a 27 mm diameter. The larger holes allow for angled fitting of the back plate over the ramp, ensuring a secure installation.

For added durability, our part R301 M16x125 mm can be utilized to securely attach this back plate to solid concrete walls. Please note that 2 x R476 M16x50 mm OD Washers are also required to cover the 27 mm holes on the top of the back plate.
